• Remember to always insure your manufacturing parts (especially if you are sending them by normal mail service). If your stuff doesn't arrive here safely, we can't process it. Always call to confirm that your manufacturing order has arrived.

Including your artwork
For more information about how to prepare your artwork, please review our art tutorial section. Once you have successfully completed your artwork, you have two options. You can either:

1) Put the art onto a CD-R or Zip Disc and send it along with your master in the mail, or

2) You can FTP your artwork (not recommended for inexperienced artists). FTP submission of artwork requires that you get a user name & password from your customer service representative, but we have included FTP instructions anyway. Please call (410) 662-0112 during normal business hours to receive an FTP password and user name.
