Looking for 7″ vinyl pressing? Order audiophile-quality 45g records manufactured on a Warmtone Press. Available in black, custom colors, and effects.

On this page, you can order custom 7″ vinyl records for your next single. These records will be manufactured on a new WarmTone press. We use 100% virgin vinyl to ensure we can produce the most audiophile-quality records possible. It is just one of the reasons we are a favorite among vinyl pressing services. The process starts with expert lacquer cutting in a state-of-the-art studio on a fully restored Neumann lathe.

Record Weight & Color

The standard color and weight of our 7″ vinyl record pressing service is black vinyl at 45 grams. We also offer upgrades to many varieties of color vinyl. Upgrade color options are: white vinyl, clear vinyl, and many stock options for translucent or opaque vinyl. Custom translucent or opaque color mixes, and metallic vinyl (silver or gold) can be selected too! If you have a custom color request, please provide us with either a Pantone number, JPEG, or other color sample (CMYK mode recommended for best matching accuracy). With an additional fee, we can produce all sorts of special effects, including blends, swirls, starbursts, and more.

Our custom 7″ vinyl record pressing process starts with cutting 7″ lacquers on a restored Neumann lathe. Review of the mastered audio provided ensures a high-fidelity transfer to the vinyl format. From there, the lacquers are converted to stampers using a 2-step plating process (or 3-step for higher quantities). The stampers created are what we use to manufacture both your test pressings (if applicable) and the final record order, once tests are approved.

Subject to the limitations of the vinyl format itself, our goal is to produce vinyl records that sound as good as the audio source provided (and better when possible!). Your production copies will be audiophile quality as long as we have a proper source. We insist on using the conventional lacquer process to ensure that our manufacturing yields top-notch results. That is why our records sound better than the inferior DMM (Direct Metal Mastering) process many “budget vinyl plants” use. Morphius does not cut corners by using DMM.
