morphius founder David andler: "I grew up in winston-salem, nc. my start in music was literally hitching rides to raleigh to check out punk bands including bad brains, black flag, C.O.C. & many others at legendary venue the brewery when i was just 15. i've had the great fortune of being able to work with quite a few of them...i even got to play drums with a couple of them. I try very hard to make sure morphius is a resource to north carolina artists, to pay respect for where i came from."
